Return Process

  Log into your account portal to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Securely place the beads or components in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or carrier drop-box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
